Don’t you love it when fashion designers go wild with their haute coutre collections and have fun being creative? (ok, these may frighten some people but I love the drama)
While Autumn/Winter collections are conventionally muted, Indian designer Manish Arora (voted one of the best designers of the country) broke all rules and presented a lush rich range of garments that revolved around brocade, velvet, silk and cotton in colours that were so full of razzle and dazzle that not a single shade was ignored. Embellishments were a dream with everything from crystals to sequins to gold and silver work as well as motifs inspired by Indian posters.
